Peter, Ben and Nick Helped me to Get My Dream Car!
Mustang has been my dream car since high school, finally got it owing to the help from Peter, Ben, and Nicholas.
I contacted several Ford dealers at the same time and Ben was the first one who replied to me. I was very surprised because it was 11 pm. At least I knew he cared about his business and wanted to get the sale. So I visited them first. Peter was really patient and knowledgable. He showed me all my options both new & used. I immediately knew what I exactly wanted after the first visit.
One thing I really appreciate is he was not pushy at all. I got to visit different dealers to see more options but eventually, I chose Key West because, of course, I love the car he recommended, also, Ben and Peter made me feel they will still be happy to help after selling the car to me, will not just simply ignore the aftersale service. Nick helped me to make the financing easy.
They care and they help. No more words, highly recommended!
We had the unfortunate need to have our van replaced due to an accident. Flynn had a replacement van in stock and we were back on the road very quickly. The van was ready on time as promised.
Buying used Ford F-150
We received great service from Peter and he gave us lots of time to make our decision on buying the right truck. He even got the price down a little for us.
Appreciate the value add
We appreciated the telephone information provided by Jeff Upton when we were inquiring about a used truck. We needed to determine whether it had the heavy duty towing capabilities that we needed. Jeff went out of his way to do some digging to determine the vehicle's tow capacity and he provided helpful information that we could use to assess other vehicles as we continued our search. That vehicle didn't work out but we subsequently came in to look at another and was served by Peter Olson. He did a great job on intro and test drive, and again, did some backchecking with Nissan to determine if this vehicle had a factory installed tow package. We felt that the negotiation and pricing was fair and we didn't get the high pressure sales tactics that I hate so much. When we came back to pick up the vehicle the next day, Peter had gone out of his way to have the tow hitch, which was really rusty, painted! A real value-add and a pleasant surprise. Nick was great to deal with for the contract signing, very pleasant.
Promised great service and delivered.
Shopping a used sporty SUV for my wife met with Robert Klaus who did a great job on intro and test drive. Came back next day and completed the deal with Micheal and Michelle in finance. Peter Olson worked with Robert behind the scenes coordinating the whole adventure. Painless process, friendly low pressure easy to deal with folks. the whole team came out to see my wife off in her new car including all the management team and the owner himself, all stood there in the pouring rain to watch her drive away! Highly recommend Robert and Peter if youre out car shopping. old fashioned personal service gets it done.
My experience at Key West Ford
I will share here my experience with Key West Ford. I have spent more than 7 hours with Mr. Peter olson (salesman), he was incredibly patient with me, showed me more than 12 possibilities of vehicles (in my budget). After we pick some cars he took me to do 5 test drives with the vehicles what really helped me so much on my choice.
Today I just pick up my car at Key West Ford just all clean (little issues on the vehicle were fixed just as promissed to me) and with fuel only for me to drive. I would like to thank Mr Peter Olsen and Key West Ford Team.
Thank you so much.
Great service and price
Jeff spent a long time with us and was very friendly and patient without being pushy. We purchased a used car, and on delivery he noticed a warning light in the dash. The dealership took care of it promptly. After driving for a few weeks we’re very happy with our car. Highly recommended!
Friendly, honest and fast.
Sasha was great to deal with. He was informative, friendly and fun to deal with. He wasnt pushy at all. They were fair about pricing and the whole process was easy and quick. Nicholas who did my fianancing was a pleasure to deal with and I would have to say overall this was the best experience buying a new vehicle I have had.
Outstanding Customer Service & Popcorn
From the second I pulled into the parking lot the experience started... I was greeted as soon as I exit my vehicle and was shown vehicles that I was interested in... Customer Service is key for me and when I didn't received it to my standards at another dealership which was closer to home, I decided to try Key West Ford... I am happy to say that I made a smart decision and needless to say I left with a new vehicle that I'm very happy with... If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Key West Ford...
Interesting INFINITI Facts For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
Hey, Tacoma and Seattle residents! If you’re a fan of collegiate sports, did you know you can enjoy this year’s NCAA college basketball regular season AND help out a great cause, all at once?
It’s true! INFINITI is once again proud to participate in the #TIMEOUTFTW (Timeout for the Win) campaign in conjunction with the NCAA and the American Cancer Society. And through participation in this event, you can help raise money to fight this terrible disease.
During all eligible regular-season NCAA basketball games from now through March 11, you and fellow fans will be asked to take to social media or the dedicated #TIMEOUTFTW website to vote for your favorite participating university and head coach. The top three schools/coaches receiving votes will enjoy a donation made in their name courtesy of INFINITI. In fact, a total of one million dollars will be given to the American Cancer Society by the cessation of the campaign.
In total, there are 48 participating coaches/universities. Headlining the effort and acting as the face of this year’s campaign is three-time NCAA national champion and head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, Roy Williams. You can watch him above!
Welcome back to our INFINITI “Fun Facts” blog, Seattle and Tacoma residents! Today, we want to double up and present you with two interesting anecdotes about INFINITI. We’re going to talk about graphic design and the recent racing prowess of the company.
First, logo design. Ever wonder why it looks the way it does? Well, it’s not at all by accident; INFINITI was very intentional with the shape and style. The company has explained that the logo’s two central lines are meant to run to the horizon, in so doing symbolizing the luxury automotive brand’s specific desire to look to those new horizons, out into “infinity.” And yes, in case you couldn’t guess, “INFINITI” as a brand is derived from “infinity,” expressing the idea of eternity and endlessness.
Changing speeds a bit, did you know that INFINITI’s M35h vehicle holds the record for the fastest accelerating full hybrid in the world? Indeed. The final, record-setting test occurred at the United Kingdom’s Santa Pod Drag Strip. British magazine correspondent, Tim Pollard, set an average speed of 160 km / h across 400 meters. Wow!
The INFINITI QX Inspiration concept really shook up the 2019 North American International Auto Show earlier this month when it was revealed, and the plaudits and awards continue to roll in to celebrate its innovative design. The latest comes courtesy of The Detroit News and their Readers’ Choice Awards.
At the 2019 NAIAS, a specially-chosen group of 100 readers of The Detroit News was given a special tour of the QX Inspiration vehicle prior to the show’s opening. Needless to say, the group was blown away, and they deemed it appropriate to bestow the car with their “Best Future Concept” award.
The QX Inspiration really is a big deal—the mid-size SUV runs entirely off electric power. This is significant, as it stands as the precursor to INFINITI’s first-ever mass-produced all-electric vehicle (EV). Readers of The Detroit News were not only struck by its electric design; they also loved the interior, which was handcrafted with materials inspired by Japanese sensuality.
Fact: INFINITI has been shaking up the automotive world in a big way lately… and important folks are taking notice.
ALG has bestowed INFINITI’s VC-Turbo engine with their Powertrain Innovation Award. This honor is reserved for powertrains that embody the driving experience in an exceptional way; recipients must have provided proof of excellence in power, handling dynamics, and efficiency.
The VC-Turbo motor managed to check all the above boxes thanks to acting as the world’s first production variable compression ratio engine. It can tweak its compression ratio to run anywhere from a high performance 8:1 ratio to a best efficiency 14:1. Smart! And thanks to single-scroll turbo capability, 268 horses, and 280 lb.-ft. of torque, drivers can count on near instantaneous acceleration from this unit. Also, fuel efficiency is fantastic at an EPA-estimated 31 highway / 24 city MPG average, while the small footprint of this setup also affords passengers superior interior space to stretch out in.
You may be very familiar with INFINITI’s vehicles but it’s likely you haven’t heard the story behind the formulation of the company. Today, we want to give you a glimpse of how it all went down!
The year is 1985. An elite group of some of Nissan’s finest forms within the company, largely in secret. Their reason for existence? They endeavor to create a new division that is solely focused on performance luxury machines, one that would stand as a challenge to the entrenched players in the American and European markets.
Two years later, in 1987, the name “INFINITI” was chosen. A logo was created that displayed two central lines stretching off into the horizon in a boundless fashion. The company was officially born and its brain trust went to work immediately.
Come 1989, all the hard work paid off and INFINITI launched in the United States with 51 dealers. Two models were available immediately: the Q45 sedan and the performance-focused M30 coupe, with the former boasting an incredible V8 engine and the latter standing as a sport coupe with 162 HP. The rest, as they say, is history.

INFINITI has made Wards 10 Best Engines list for 2019 with the new QX50's 2.0-liter VC-Turbo. Since the sedan has become available, it’s been so popular among consumers that it’s consistently broken monthly sales records. Let’s take a look at why people are raving about it!
The prestigious ranking is partly due to the fact that it’s the world’s very first variable compression ratio motor, which optimizes power (delivering it on demand) and boasts excellent fuel efficiency (24 city and 31 highway). It generates 268 HP at 5,600 revs per minute and 280 lb-ft. of torque. What’s more, the robust machine is exceptionally compact, which has resulted in extra interior space (making the QX50 one of the few cars in its segment that has sliding and reclining seating). There's also a copious amount of legroom for all, with 39.6 inches in the front and 38.7 inches in the second row. Additionally, it has a shockingly large cargo area with the back cushions in the upright position: 31.4 cubic feet.
It’s easy to see why everyone is so impressed by the QX50, but why not come check it out for yourself? Stop by our dealership of Tacoma in Fife, Washington today!

For those who love INFINITI, it won’t come as a shock that the automaker and its vehicles are continuing to receive rave reviews from all angles. The 2019 QX50 is a very popular crossover, and for good reason--it boasts the first-ever variable compression engine and offers a super experience to drivers. There’s a lot to love!
A recent review bragged about the powertrain of the automobile and, in particular, its ProPilot Assist. There are two packages available along these lines, the ProAssist Package, which gives you adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert with collision intervention, and Distance Control Assist. The next level up, the ProActive package, adds the more advanced ProPilot Assist, along with a few other driver-assist features.
There’s a lot of other things to love in this automobile. Take, for instance, the INFINITI’s variable compression engine, which is a 2.0-liter, four cylinder one. Thanks to its compression, it doesn’t suffer from knocking or other common automobile issues. You’ll also appreciate amenities like occupant-sensing airbags, heated seats with memory, and a universal transceiver.
Whenever you’re next near our INFINITI of Tacoma Bothell, Washington, showroom, stop by and take a test drive! You’re sure to love owning one of these impressive crossovers!

Have you heard the news? INFINITI will be heading to the 2019 Detroit Auto Show with a new electric vehicle concept. According to CNET, “the teaser reveals slim LED front lights above a light-up emblem and an illuminated “INFINITI” badge that spans a good chunk of the front bumper.” They were equally impressed with the vehicle’s number of smooth lines and curves, which they deemed “a departure from the hard-edged concepts that preceded this one.”
CNET was intrigued to learn more about these new electric vehicles, which they said have the potential to unlock a larger cabin. This is because valuable space isn’t taken up by some of the engine components required of a traditional automobile. Beginning in January, you should be able to learn more and even purchase one of these cars for yourself.
Do you want to own one of the amazing automobiles that is currently on lots? The 2018 INFINITI QX30 is a wonderful choice. It boasts rain-sensing wipers and dual impact front and side airbags. A panic alarm and security system safeguard your valuables. Steering technology that gauges your speed also helps to keep you moving appropriately.

It’s common knowledge that INFINITI is a household name worldwide, but did you know they didn’t even cruise into Europe until 2008? Ever since then the brand has taken the continent by storm, selling 1,438 cars last August alone.
The move came following twenty-three years of unprecedented success in the United States. The company decided boldly to expand their enterprise to foreign lands. They opened thirty centers in major cities and seventeen countries (including the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain).
Fortunately for us, the business still calls America home, and you don’t have to travel far to get your hands on a luxury vehicle. If you’re looking to for a great pre-owned opportunity, why not check out the 2015 Q40?
