I was extremely happy with most of the folks I spoke with during my time at Key West. It took me 3 days of visiting the dealership to make sure I was making the right decision on the vehicle for my needs and my budget. All staff but one understood that this purchase wasn't an easy one to make within my budget. Peter Olsen, Michael Nokes and Robert Klaus really understood why I needed to take my time and research all my options. I appreciated their kindness and patience and didn't feel at all pressured into the sale.
Helpful and honest dealers. Car was well inspected and in advertised good condition. Overall the service was good and the sale was fair. Dean was great!
I saw an ad for a F350 at the lot. The truck was not on the lot due to construction. It took a day to get the truck so I could see it. I made a deal and drove it away that afternoon. Happy with the vehicle. Sales person was new to Key West and lacked knowledge of all the options on the truck.
Over and above
They were great. They did everything in their power to help us. They really know there stuff. They took the time to explain everything and answer all if our questions. They really want to make that we got everything we needed and more.
Honest and Trustworthy Dealership
There were a few hiccups that came along with our purchase of a pre-owned vehicle but I was impressed with how much effort was taken to remedy the situation and make sure we were feeling great about our purchase. The dealership really went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle that was safe and good quality!
Jeff was very attentive both on-site and through follow-up calls, addressing concerns, and doing everything in his power to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend working with Jeff who was easy going, enthusiastic, and kept the process very simple.
In the end, we are very happy with our new (to us!) vehicle and I'm glad we went through this journey with Key West Ford and Jeff.
This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Thanks to Jag, Nick, and Mike for their help getting me into a great vehicle.
Got my dream car with a very good deal
One of my best experience ever, staff is so kind , also deals are awesome. They helps me a lot to get my dream car within my budget. Big thanks to peter olson.
Honest and a pleasure to wok with.
I bought a used truck which needed a bit of service. Key West Ford did not hesitate to insure the truck lived up to what they promised.
Efficient and Courteous!
I moved to Vancouver from Toronto and was in need of a truck. Pete was able to source one that I was looking for from Alberta and had it delivered quickly and was very communicative in terms of delivery status throughout. He was even kind enough to send me some recommendations for places to go around New West with me being new to the area. Thanks Pete!
INFINITI News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
Simply put, the Qs Inspiration gives a glimpse at the future of electric technology as it will be seen and used in INFINITI machines. The vehicle is a reinterpretation of the “three-box” sedan, featuring a flexible architecture that’s optimized for high-performance powertrains. The interior of the car pulls inspiration from modern Japanese architecture, and sports both driver and passenger areas that are separate in concept. The latter is styled specifically for comfort, while the former is built to maximize the driver’s experience. No muss, no fuss—just a focus on minimalism. Plus, visibility is enhanced thanks to an elevated driving position.
Christian Meunier, Chairman of INFINITI, notes the following: "For 30 years INFINITI has built a reputation for introducing new technology that delights and gives confidence to drivers. The age of electrification presents us with an opportunity to renew our credentials as an innovative challenger brand, ready to move quickly and decisively in this growing and exciting area of the market.”
Way back in 1989, INFINITI revealed the Q45. It was super forward-thinking and technologically driven for the time, and it served to push sedans into the future. Now, they’re set to do it all over again with the sports sedan.
At the upcoming Auto Shanghai 2019 event, INFINITI will be unveiling the Qs Inspiration. This machine will reinvigorate the sports sedan class by bringing an amazing electrified powertrain to bear, while also giving a sort of preview of what the company will be bringing next with a future production model.
This concept confirms INFINITI’s newly developed form language for their future electric offerings. The design is inspired by Japan’s modern architecture; within the cabin, there’s a previously unseen level of craftsmanship that’s delivered in a minimalist fashion. There are also two separate zones—a passenger zone built around comfort and a stripped-down cockpit that’s focused on the driving experience.
Christian Meunier, Chairman of INFINITI, says: "Electrification creates a range of new possibilities for sedans, with new powertrains and vehicle architectures letting us imagine how this type of car could be reinvigorated and adapted to fit the changing needs and tastes of drivers.”
Tacoma and Seattle residents, if you’ve been paying attention here, you’ve already heard about INFINITI’s robust efforts to benefit the American Cancer Society and defeat the terrible disease during this season’s college basketball schedule. Now, the company has introduced a new fan-driven charitable event just in time for the NCAA tournament.
Beginning today and ending on March 22, INFINITI will donate for every bracket that’s entered into their Bracket Pool Challenge via CBSSports.com. The initiative is in partnership with Turner Sports and CBS Sports and will benefit the American Cancer Society.
It’s been a busy few months for INFINITI in the charitable space. Since January, the company has been running the #TimeoutForTheWin contest, which has resulted in a total of $1 million donated to the American Cancer Society. Through midnight Pacific tonight, the luxury automobile manufacturer is also running a trick shot contest for fans (you can check out our prior post on this page for more on that).
It’s been a big week for INFINITI! The company really racked up the awards at the 2019 North American International Auto Show, with their QX Inspiration concept receiving the "Best Concept Vehicle" and "Best Interior” awards, as well as recognition in the "Innovative Use of Color, Graphics or Materials” category.
The EyesOn Design Awards at the 2019 NAIAS were given in seven categories and were chosen by greater than 30 of the finest active and retired auto manufacturer design heads and art school transportation design chairs. The QX Inspiration concept was viewed favorably thanks to its embrace of electric technology—it sets a precedent for the brand’s first all-electric machine. The all-wheel-drive vehicle also won big points because of its incorporation of Ma, a Japanese spatial concept. In so doing, the car is able to “create tension and build anticipation” through the creation of open spaces between lines.
"The QX Inspiration is the future of INFINITI and showcases the evolution of how Japanese DNA manifests in our design language in the age of electrification for our premium brand. I am so proud of our design teams in our centers around the world. They work so hard, often in obscurity, on these beautiful designs, and this recognition means so much to them. It is extremely gratifying and I could not be more proud," said Alfonso Albaisa, senior vice president of global design at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.

A new concept from INFINITI is coming, Seattle, and it’s set to blow you away.
At the 2019 North American International Auto Show later this month, INFINITI will unveil its QX Inspiration. This concept will preview the company’s grand plans for the next-generation of high-performance electrified luxury vehicles. With some distinctly Japanese DNA, the design language will be forward-thinking and promote the creation of large, lounge-like interiors. Specifically, the QX Inspiration concept will sport a hand-crafted cabin with materials inspired by Japanese sensuality. Additionally, the interior technology will reflect that culture’s omotenashi principle, which will deliver a welcoming feel while also keeping the driver and passengers connected to the outside world.
"QX Inspiration is the beginning of a new era for INFINITI and an illustration of where we want to go with the brand. New technology has given us the opportunity to evolve our design philosophy – and the new vehicle communicates the serene strength at our core,” said INFINITI reps.
We’ll have much more concrete information on the QX Inspiration concept when it officially debuts at the show in Detroit on Jan. 14 at 11:40 a.m. EST. Call us if you have any questions; in the interim, we encourage you to peruse our inventory of crossovers that include the QX60!
INFINITI has been collecting awards left and right this past year, and the plaudits and appreciation continued in December. Their VC-Turbo engine has been named to Wards 10 Best Engines list.
In its 25th year, Wards tested the VC-Turbo engine against a wide range of power plants from global manufacturers. INFINITI’s innovative 2.0L motor won acclaim and reserved its spot on the impressive list thanks to its ability to tweak its compression ratio on the fly to maximize power and efficiency. It achieves this through leveraging an advanced multi-link system and via the raising/lowering of piston reach continuously; this, in turn, enables the machine in question to operate both as a sprinter and a marathon runner, in a manner of speaking.
Digging deeper, the VC-Turbo engine can actually adjust the compression ratio anywhere from 8:1 (for high performance) to 14:1 (for high efficiency). It creates a total of 268 horses at 5,600 rpm and 280 lb.-ft. at 1,600 – 4,800 rpm. Plus, its single-scroll turbo capability makes sure on-demand acceleration is instantaneous, while its small footprint creates more interior space for passengers. In fact, as a result, the 2019 QX50 is one of only a few crossovers to provide sliding and reclining rear seating.
INFINITI is absolutely the hot ticket for those in the luxury market seeking a new automobile. Today, the company released official numbers for the December 2018 period, revealing that 18,065 total car were sold—an increase of 10 percent over the previous 2017 timeframe.
Things get even rosier when you break down the crossover and SUV delivery numbers. INFINITI recorded their best month ever in this respect, boosting their numbers by 41 percent over the previous month. December 2018 also represented a five-percent increase year-over-year in deliveries for the segment, breaching the 100,000 mark for the first-time-ever.
Notably and more specifically, the QX80 model had the best year in its history. Additionally, the seven-passenger QX60 enjoyed a 72-percent increase in sales for the month and a 17-percent increase year-over-year. Further, the release of the all-new QX50 crossover model also served to bolster sales and capture the imagination of consumers everywhere.
If you’re interested in the QX60 or any of INFINITI’s crossovers or SUVs, give us a ring today! We’d love to discuss our current inventory with you.

When a company provides an outstanding product or service, sometimes this is all people focus on. There are a select few, however, who are more interested in the work that happens behind the scenes. Sabre Cook, a 24-year-old from Colorado, is one of these people. She was recently announced as the winner of the 2018 INFINITI Engineering Academy USA regional.
Her prize is a one-year work placement, spending half her time with the Renault F1 team and the rest at INFINITI’s Technical Centre in Cranfield, England. According to Auto Sport, Cook had to complete a series of challenges throughout the competition. This included a rapid cognition exam and building a functional dragster model. The last stage required the three finalists to do a chemical analysis test and get quizzed in front of local media.
This was by no means a walk in the park for Cook but it was, possibly, more difficult for the panel of judges to choose a winner. Ian Goddard, head of technical partnerships at Renault Sport Racing, said, “Out of the 10 candidates it was very hard to find a clear hierarchy." Any engineering students who are fluent in English and interested in entering this competition should visit http://academy.infiniti.com for more information.

INFINITI has recently announced its plans to build a fleet of plug-in hybrids and fully electric models by 2021. It’s quite a significant challenge, but the Japanese automaker is certainly up for the task.
One of the vehicles that will be evolving over the next three years is the Q50 sedan. Its current rear-wheel drive system is going to be replaced with an electrified AWD powertrain. Innovation is the name of the game with these upcoming changes. Perfectly blending artistry, craftsmanship, and advanced technologies, INFINITI’s new lineup will surely catch the attention of the world.
The 2018 Q50 is already a sophisticated car with lots of cool gadgets and options. Safety features such as blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking help to prevent accidents on the road. The rearview camera, navigation, and infotainment interface all operate on dual touchscreen displays. Bluetooth connectivity enables hands-free calling, and you can listen to your favorite songs via the 6-speaker stereo. This luxury five-seater is an ideal choice for people who love to ride in style.

As Nissan’s luxury brand continues to prepare for a future of full EVs, their concept cars have also been developed to match the evolution. Recently unveiled at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the INFINITI Prototype 10 shows a design inspired by high-performance electric motoring.
Featuring clean and uninterrupted surfaces, the low speedster layout boasts confident proportions. A long hood leads to an open monoposto cockpit that reaffirms the automaker’s dedication to style; while a dramatic fin behind the seat is an interesting contrast against the subtle rear diffuser — a unit meant to channel wind out from beneath the vehicle. All of these characteristics contribute to an efficient and aerodynamic profile.
The nose of the P10 features distinct creases that run over the front fenders and draw the eye upwards to the center of the hood. Ultra-thin headlights add a sharp, pointed gaze to the fascia. Meanwhile, accenting the silver bodywork, a black chin spoiler sits at the base of the bumper.
With unbroken lines and skyward-facing surfaces, the model takes on a very geometric look. This is intentional and, according to Executive Design Director, Karim Habib the architecture references “the shock of sudden acceleration enabled by a powertrain, which can instantly deliver 100% of available torque with a push of the accelerator pedal.”
