I was extremely happy with most of the folks I spoke with during my time at Key West. It took me 3 days of visiting the dealership to make sure I was making the right decision on the vehicle for my needs and my budget. All staff but one understood that this purchase wasn't an easy one to make within my budget. Peter Olsen, Michael Nokes and Robert Klaus really understood why I needed to take my time and research all my options. I appreciated their kindness and patience and didn't feel at all pressured into the sale.
Helpful and honest dealers. Car was well inspected and in advertised good condition. Overall the service was good and the sale was fair. Dean was great!
I saw an ad for a F350 at the lot. The truck was not on the lot due to construction. It took a day to get the truck so I could see it. I made a deal and drove it away that afternoon. Happy with the vehicle. Sales person was new to Key West and lacked knowledge of all the options on the truck.
Over and above
They were great. They did everything in their power to help us. They really know there stuff. They took the time to explain everything and answer all if our questions. They really want to make that we got everything we needed and more.
Honest and Trustworthy Dealership
There were a few hiccups that came along with our purchase of a pre-owned vehicle but I was impressed with how much effort was taken to remedy the situation and make sure we were feeling great about our purchase. The dealership really went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle that was safe and good quality!
Jeff was very attentive both on-site and through follow-up calls, addressing concerns, and doing everything in his power to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend working with Jeff who was easy going, enthusiastic, and kept the process very simple.
In the end, we are very happy with our new (to us!) vehicle and I'm glad we went through this journey with Key West Ford and Jeff.
This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Thanks to Jag, Nick, and Mike for their help getting me into a great vehicle.
Got my dream car with a very good deal
One of my best experience ever, staff is so kind , also deals are awesome. They helps me a lot to get my dream car within my budget. Big thanks to peter olson.
Honest and a pleasure to wok with.
I bought a used truck which needed a bit of service. Key West Ford did not hesitate to insure the truck lived up to what they promised.
Efficient and Courteous!
I moved to Vancouver from Toronto and was in need of a truck. Pete was able to source one that I was looking for from Alberta and had it delivered quickly and was very communicative in terms of delivery status throughout. He was even kind enough to send me some recommendations for places to go around New West with me being new to the area. Thanks Pete!

Have you or someone you know been affected by the terrible California wildfires? If so, INFINITI wants to help you get back on your feet. They recently made the announcement that individuals (in designated areas) who have an insurance claim on their current car due to the natural disaster will receive special assistance - such as employee pricing and deferred payments of up to three months.
The program will be available until January 2, 2019, and it was implemented to unburden folks who have been impacted by the tragedy. You can contact Financial Services via phone (800-627-4437) or chat online to see if you are eligible.
Among the vehicles that qualify for INFINITI's employee pricing program is the 2018 QX60. This platform will help to ease the ache of the wildfire disaster, replacing each lost vehicle with class-leading capability. It has a powerful 3.5L V6 engine that boasts 295 HP at 6,400 revolutions per minute and 270 lb.-ft of torque at 4,800 RPM. There’s also a superb estimated fuel efficiency of 20 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. Additionally, this mid-size luxury crossover has Electronic Stability Control: a computerized anti-skid system that improves the vehicle's equilibrium by detecting and preventing loss of traction.

Generally speaking, year-to-year new car sales are down across the globe when compared to September 2017. This makes it all the more impressive that INFINITI has been having record breaking months overseas. In some areas, figures have been up by as much as 18%.
According to critics, the car industry had been on an eight-year upward trend. That was until seven months ago when the numbers started to decrease globally. INFINITI’s success in the midst of this storm is, in no small way, thanks to the 2018 QX60. In some countries, this luxury crossover is the brand's best selling vehicle and makes up over a third of its sales.
The question is: what’s drawing so many people to the latest QX60? Well, the sheer amount of high-end features that come as standard on this model surely have something to do with it. Consider the Vehicle Dynamic Control system, which evens out the engine’s torque characteristics and applies the brakes in a specific pattern. This means, whether you’re accelerating or slowing down, the process will be smooth and predictable.

No stranger to good press, the 2018 INFINITI QX60 continues to rack up accolades. Recently taking top honors in the Luxury Crossover SUV category at the AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, this well-rounded ride doesn’t just deliver you from point A to B. It instead does so efficiently, comfortably, and in style.
Named the winner based on an expansive survey of more than 58,000 new car and truck buyers, the QX60 was chosen solely on owner input through a contentment measure of over 40 different attributes — from interior quality to road performance.
As one of the most versatile three-row, seven-passenger carriers on the market, the QX60 offers family-oriented functionality with high-quality design and loads of power. Equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine, it produces up to 295 HP with 270 lb-ft of torque. Unaffected by its significant size, this cruiser earns mega mileage. Rated at 22 MPG combined, it's surprisingly forgiving on your pockets.
Meanwhile, the spacious cabin boasts only the finest of premium materials (such as leather-appointed seating and graphite-weave accenting).
However, perhaps most impressive — and one of the reasons it’s so well-loved among families — is its interior flexibility. Unlike most CUV’s of its stature, this capacious carrier offers 149.8 cu-ft of room to spread out. Additionally, parents are sure to enjoy third-bench accessibility without having to remove or adjust child safety chairs.

When you’re investing in luxury, it’s nice to know that not only are you getting the best in new innovations but also that your safety is a top priority. The 2018 INFINITI QX60 takes personal security to the next level with a full suite of technology designed to support you in times of crisis.
For starters, in case of emergency, passengers can always press the SOS button to speak directly to a live Response Specialist. On call and available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, they can calmly talk you through the next steps — be it roadside assistance, towing, or otherwise.
In the event of an accident where the airbags deploy, the above fast-action feature is accelerated. Automatic Collision Notification immediately connects you to an available agent (without additional inputs) and will dispatch services if needed.
To further impress, in the unfortunate event that your QX60 is ever taken, the Stolen Vehicle Locator uses sophisticated tracking technology to pinpoint its whereabouts and assist the police in recovering it.

Gone are the days of wandering through parkades trying to remember where you left your wheels. Having to actually use your key as an insertion device is also in the past, never mind keeping tabs on its whereabouts when you’re not the one driving. With the brand’s advanced remote services, your 2018 INFINITI QX60 is as close as your smartphone.
Thanks to proprietary connectivity innovations, many of your vehicle’s most important functions can be synced directly to your smartphone and accessed through an app.
Want to warm up your CUV on a cold day, but don’t want to leave the house? No worries. Simply utilize the remote engine start from either your fob or device to get things cooking.
Not sure where in the full parking lot you left your QX60? You can easily activate the horn and lights to help guide you back to it.
Want to keep an eye on your teen’s driving habits without seeming like the un-cool parent? Just set up a max speed alert through the InTouch application. If or when the velocity is exceeded, you’ll receive a signal on your cell notifying you of the details.

Featuring world’s first technology, the proprietary AVM utilizes a series of four cameras positioned on the outside of the vehicle to give operators a virtual 360-degree view on their in-dash display. While most competitor carriers can offer a glimpse of the rear, the QX60 provides drivers with the full picture. Thanks to a combination of color-coded markings and sharp real-time imagery, you’ll never again have to guess how close you are to the curb, the car in front of you, or otherwise.
To further impress, an enhanced MOD system is capable of not only identifying nearby non-stationary obstructions — such as cars, pedestrians, errant shopping carts, and more — but of also alerting the motorist if such obstacle is within close range of the CUV.

The 2018 INFINITI QX60 is what some might call the Goldilocks vehicle. As a mid-sized crossover, it’s approachable — not too big or intimidating. With three rows of seating and passenger capacity for seven, it’s also most definitely not too small. In fact, thanks to an interior occupancy volume of 130.4 cubic feet, we happen to think that this group-friendly CUV is just right.
Perfect for growing families or active lifestyles, the QX60 is a dynamic carrier that features two rear benches with easy in and out accessibility. While naturally, riders in the cockpit enjoy spacious appointments with 42.2 inches of legroom, the second tier is barely a step-down. High-quality leather seats all around provide comfort, while 41.7 inches is available in the middle aisle at foot for stretching out.
While the third section is slightly tighter in dimensions — with 30.8 inches for kicking — it’s perfectly suitable for children and teens. Passage to the way back is a breeze with folding seats. Not to mention, parents of young kids will be grateful for the ability to move freely within the cabin without having to remove boosters or safety chairs.

Luxury vehicles are not always an appealing choice for families - especially those with small children. From spilled milk to complicated car seat installations: most premium platforms aren’t accommodating the unique needs of growing households. INFINITI, on the other hand, brings convenience and versatility to this segment of buyers with its intuitively designed 2018 QX60.
Seattle families no longer have to sacrifice quality for practicality. The latest version of INFINITI’s mid-size SUV seamlessly delivers both.
Unlike conventional three-row SUVs, INFINITI makes accessing the last bank of seats easy. Drivers can tilt/slide the second captain’s chair to allow entry into the third section of the crossover. This class-exclusive function can be executed with one hand while a child restraint device remains installed. A motion activated liftgate is another great option for busy families on-the-go,opening with the use of sensors rather than physical touch.
For young ones who are hard to keep entertained, the optional Theater Package adds dual eight-inch color monitors mounted to the back of the driver and front passenger chairs. This feature includes wireless headsets and an in-dash DVD player so parents can easily navigate the system from the cockpit.
Stop in to see why Seattle families love all that the 2018 INFINITI QX60 has to offer.
