I was extremely happy with most of the folks I spoke with during my time at Key West. It took me 3 days of visiting the dealership to make sure I was making the right decision on the vehicle for my needs and my budget. All staff but one understood that this purchase wasn't an easy one to make within my budget. Peter Olsen, Michael Nokes and Robert Klaus really understood why I needed to take my time and research all my options. I appreciated their kindness and patience and didn't feel at all pressured into the sale.
Helpful and honest dealers. Car was well inspected and in advertised good condition. Overall the service was good and the sale was fair. Dean was great!
I saw an ad for a F350 at the lot. The truck was not on the lot due to construction. It took a day to get the truck so I could see it. I made a deal and drove it away that afternoon. Happy with the vehicle. Sales person was new to Key West and lacked knowledge of all the options on the truck.
Over and above
They were great. They did everything in their power to help us. They really know there stuff. They took the time to explain everything and answer all if our questions. They really want to make that we got everything we needed and more.
Honest and Trustworthy Dealership
There were a few hiccups that came along with our purchase of a pre-owned vehicle but I was impressed with how much effort was taken to remedy the situation and make sure we were feeling great about our purchase. The dealership really went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle that was safe and good quality!
Jeff was very attentive both on-site and through follow-up calls, addressing concerns, and doing everything in his power to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend working with Jeff who was easy going, enthusiastic, and kept the process very simple.
In the end, we are very happy with our new (to us!) vehicle and I'm glad we went through this journey with Key West Ford and Jeff.
This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. Thanks to Jag, Nick, and Mike for their help getting me into a great vehicle.
Got my dream car with a very good deal
One of my best experience ever, staff is so kind , also deals are awesome. They helps me a lot to get my dream car within my budget. Big thanks to peter olson.
Honest and a pleasure to wok with.
I bought a used truck which needed a bit of service. Key West Ford did not hesitate to insure the truck lived up to what they promised.
Efficient and Courteous!
I moved to Vancouver from Toronto and was in need of a truck. Pete was able to source one that I was looking for from Alberta and had it delivered quickly and was very communicative in terms of delivery status throughout. He was even kind enough to send me some recommendations for places to go around New West with me being new to the area. Thanks Pete!
INFINITI News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
INFINITI’s excellence continues! Now, the car manufacturer is being recognized for their sterling commitment to safety—their 2019 QX50 has received a five-star safety rating from the NHTSA.
The QX50 received the wonderful score as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) New Car Assessment Program (NCAP). It wasn’t limited to one variant, either—both the front-wheel and all-wheel versions of the machine gain the distinction. Notably, the 2019 model comes with ProPILOT Assist, which serves to alleviate the woes associated with single-lane highway driving thanks to its incorporation of Advanced Intelligent Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist, two technologies that work to autonomously aid your driving efforts.
"The safety of our customers and their passengers is one of our top priorities. With the 2019 INFINITI QX50, we introduced a suite of new driver assistance features, including ProPILOT Assist, which offer support when needed and further enhance the overall driving experience," said Jeff Pope, Group Vice President, INFINITI Americas. "We are pleased with NHTSA's recognition of our efforts to develop some of the safest cars on the road.”
Tacoma residents, the people are voting with their wallets and it’s clear that INFINITI continues to be one of this country’s premier automakers.
Here are a few notes from their recent earnings call for April 2019: The QX80 full-size SUV experienced an increase of 12 percent in sales from this same period last year. Also, the Q50 sports sedan is up 16 percent from this time in 2018, while the Q70 is up a whopping 27 percent. The biggest win is with the QX50 luxury mid-size crossover, however, which had its best April ever (sales are up 7 percent).
The 2019 QX50 LUXE AWD has been wowing consumers since its release, as is evidenced in the stellar sales numbers revealed during the earnings call. The machine comes with a 2.0L four-cylinder that makes 268 horses @ 5,600 revolutions per minute (RPM) and 280 lb.-ft. of torque at 1,600 RPM. When matched with Driveline traction control, you can bet that skidding/slipping will be mitigated as you cruise around the Seattle area.
INFINITI’s out here doing big things! In fact, they recently earned a commendation for their participation in the Roy Chapman Andrews Centennial Expedition.
The Roy Chapman Andrews Centennial Expedition was organized by the club's Hong Kong Chapter. Thanks to an “outstanding feat of exploration,” it won the Explorers Club’s award at the 115th Explorers Club Annual Dinner in New York. The discovery of new fossils and fossil locations during the expedition led to its selection as the winner.
Roy Chapman Andrews first discovered dinosaur fossils about 100 years ago in the Gobi’s Flaming Cliffs. As he was the first explorer to ever use automobiles in such an expedition, INFINITI was honored to have their new QX50 mid-size crossover as part of the state-of-the-art SUVs utilized in the expedition. The QX50 was arguably the star thanks to its world-first variable compression engine, but the QX60 and QX80 were also included. This win follows in the footsteps of the big victory for the American Mount Everest Expedition of 1963.
The Boston Marathon is the world’s premier distance running event and Mr. Lasko has earned a complimentary entry into the competition on account of INFINITI’s multi-year partnership with the event; for the second year in a row, the company will donate $10,000 to the Semper Fi Fund in celebration of the "Year of Giving Back.”
"INFINITI is proud to again partner with the Boston Athletic Association and Semper Fi Fund for this year's Boston Marathon," said Tedros Mengiste, Regional Vice President, East Region for INFINITI USA. "This event recognizes some of our country's greatest heroes, and we are eager to see one of those heroes, Dan Lasko, cross the finish line.”
As part of their sponsorship, the official lead vehicle of the Boston Marathon is the 2019 QX50. It will lead the runners to the finish line with its VC-Turbo engine—the world’s first such motor in production.
"Everyone at the Fund is excited to be working with INFINITI for a second year for the 2019 Boston Marathon," said Semper Fi Fund President, CEO and Founder Karen Guenther. "Their support of our mission to provide urgently needed resources and support for combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families will touch a great many lives – lives that will be significantly and profoundly changed for the better because of their generosity."
An INFINITI-supported expedition has won the Citation of Merit at the 115th Explorers Club Annual Dinner in New York, Tacoma!
The Roy Chapman Andrews Centennial Expedition was put together by the club's Hong Kong Chapter and accordingly won the award due to its “outstanding feat of exploration.” Through the expedition, a number of new fossils and new fossil locations were discovered, and the efforts of those involved yielded the potential discovery of three or more new dinosaur species.
Roy Chapman Andrews, for whom the expedition was named, first found dinosaurs roughly 100 years ago at the Flaming Cliffs in the Gobi. Suitably, he was the first explorer to use motorized cars in such an expedition; as such, this time, INFINITI offered up a fleet of state-of-the-art SUVs for use in the journey. These include the all-new QX50 mid-size luxury crossover, which boasts the world's first production variable compression engine. Also, the QX80 was utilized, as was the three-row QX60.
Few teams have won the Citation of Merit since 1962, with one of the exceptions being the American Mount Everest Expedition of 1963. For more on this excursion, enjoy a preview from the upcoming documentary.
Tacoma and Seattle residents, if you’ve been paying attention here, you’ve already heard about INFINITI’s robust efforts to benefit the American Cancer Society and defeat the terrible disease during this season’s college basketball schedule. Now, the company has introduced a new fan-driven charitable event just in time for the NCAA tournament.
Beginning today and ending on March 22, INFINITI will donate for every bracket that’s entered into their Bracket Pool Challenge via CBSSports.com. The initiative is in partnership with Turner Sports and CBS Sports and will benefit the American Cancer Society.
It’s been a busy few months for INFINITI in the charitable space. Since January, the company has been running the #TimeoutForTheWin contest, which has resulted in a total of $1 million donated to the American Cancer Society. Through midnight Pacific tonight, the luxury automobile manufacturer is also running a trick shot contest for fans (you can check out our prior post on this page for more on that).
Here’s how it goes. Fans have until the end of today to enter the contest by submitting a trick shot video of themselves on Instagram and Twitter by tagging @INFINITIUSA and using the hashtags #TIMEOUTFTW and #INFINITIContest. The winner will nab a trip for two to the 2019 Final Four in Minneapolis. Plus, the bonus is that all these efforts support INFINITI’s pledge of $1 million to Coaches vs. Cancer.
"The NABC is proud to partner once again with INFINITI in the Timeout for the Win campaign," said NABC Executive Director Jim Haney. "Through this collaboration, countless funds have been raised for the Coaches vs. Cancer program in the fight to defeat cancer.”
All submissions for this challenge must be made by 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, March 17 (again, that’s today)! The winner will be selected based on creativity, difficulty, and video quality. The runner-up will receive an autographed pro basketball jersey.
The INFINITI #TIMEOUTFTW (Timeout for the Win) contest is about to wrap up. Now through March 11, you can vote for your favorite coach and university during a selected timeout in participating regular season NCAA games. The winner (school and coach) of the campaign receives a $360,000 donation in their name by INFINITI to the American Cancer Society. Second place earns a $150,000 donation; third place gets $90,000. All told, one million dollars will be donated.
There are a wealth of schools and coaches to choose from. Sports fans can select from among 48 participating in the 2019 campaign. The contest is headlined overall by three-time national champion, Roy Williams, of the University of North Carolina. Williams should be a fixture in this postseason as his Tar Heels are hot off an Atlantic Coast Conference regular-season championship and are positioning themselves as an NCAA Tournament #1 seed. You can see Roy and school mascot, Rameses, above.
Want to win a trip to the 2019 Final Four? Now’s your chance thanks to INFINITI!
INFINITI is teaming with the NCAA for their "TimeoutFTW One in a Million” challenge. This gives fans a chance to show off their best basketball trick shot in support of Coaches vs. Cancer and the combined efforts of those both inside and outside of the medical community to defeat the terrible disease. Anyone is eligible to participate; fans need only post their trick shot to Twitter or Instagram by tagging @INFINITIUSA and using the hashtags #TIMEOUTFTW and #INFINITIContest.
All submissions to the “One In a Million” trick shot challenge must be made by 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, March 17. The winner will be selected by Creative Zing Promotion Group; all shots will be judged on difficulty, creativity, and video quality. The absolute best earns the grand prize—a trip for two to the 2019 Final Four in Minneapolis on April 6th through the 8th. There will also be a runner-up selected via a head-to-head, tournament-style Instagram vote among eight other chosen videos. The winner of that earns an autographed pro basketball jersey.
Let’s team up and beat cancer together, Seattle- and Tacoma-area residents!
Now through March 11 in participating NCAA regular season college basketball games, you can help fight cancer by taking a #TIMEOUTFTW (Timeout for the Win). When you’re prompted during the telecast, you can go on social media or the main campaign website to vote for your favorite coach and university from among the 48 participating in this year’s campaign. There’s a lot on the line—$1 million for cancer research, in fact!
Here’s how it breaks down: The top three university/coach vote-receivers in the poll will receive a donation in their name to the American Cancer Society courtesy of INFINITI. The first-place coach receives a $360,000 donation; second place $150,000; and third place $90,000. There will also be an additional, general donation to the tune of $400,000.
