Pretty Good So Far
I purchased a 2017 Taurus SHO on Oct 20. Whole transaction from test drive to driving off the lot with my new car, was relatively painless. Only issue was a missing owners manual, which they said they would find and mail to me. A few days later, I received a call from Michael Nokes (an excellent sales mgr), stating that they could not find it and ordered a new one for me. Awesome. A month later, I finally had enough of the waiting and called them again wondering why I hadn't received it. "Oh... it just came in". Riiiiight... LOL. Regardless, I am happy. The only other issue I have is that, I was told my car came with Ford Pass. It does not. The Fusion Sport I was also interested in, did. So a little (a lot) disappointed about that, but I think the salesman was new and didn't know all the features that the different models have. The Taurus (even my SHO), does NOT come with Ford Pass. Sigh.
My only other complaint is with the financing. I read on their website of rates at 4 or so percent. I was given a rate of almost 7 %. As a federal employee with 30 years service in law enforcement and nearly no mortgage, and NO other debt, I expected better. A call and email to Michelle inquiring about this, garnered no response, so I took it upon myself to call Coast Capital Savings and today signed a contract for 4.25% .......much better!
Car has so far performed excellent. As for service, too soon to tell. I have not reached the mileage required for an oil change etc.
Overall, I am happy with Key West and would recommend them to others.
Painless car purchase
Jeff Upton and the team at Key West Ford Sales were great to deal with. They were super helpful and responsive to all questions, and went the distance to make a deal. There was no pressure at any point along the way. I have bought cars before and often came away feeling somehow fleeced....NOT the case here.
Jag was very professional and knowledgeable.
Jag was very professional. He listened to what i wanted and helped me find my new suv. He answered all my questions in a manner i could understand. It was stress free . Thank you
Genuine service, great people
I was looking for a used car with a tight budget and found the ad from Key West Ford online. I called the place and Robert answered. He gave me basic information about the car and sent me all the documents (car proof etc.) via email within 5 minutes. I booked a test drive and I brought a mechanic friend with me so he can check the car for me. My mechanic friend threw tons of questions regarding the car and Robert was able to answer all which showed how knowledgeable he was. Everything looked good and the car was in good condition but the price was still a bit over my budget. However, Robert really tried his best so I can get the car within my budget. Robert and a sales manager, Wes were very genuine and professional. I got the car I wanted for a very good deal. My experience there was amazing and I will absolutely recommend this place!!

We love a good vehicle with a few tricks up its sleeve, which is why we’re crazy for the 2015 QX80. This SUV was made for families (or kind people who shuttle around their friends often) with its grand measurements and intuitive features. Let's dive into the details!
The 4-door car can be called a one-size-fits-all with its generous cabin dimensions. There are about 40 inches of headroom on the whole and approximately 63 inches for shoulders. Tall folks will still be able to stretch out their long legs with 39.6 inches in the front, 28.8 inches in the second row, and 41 inches in the rear. You get a copious amount of cargo volume too, with 49.6 ft³ to seat two and, if it’s moving day, a whopping 95.1 ft³ to the driver. What’s more, you also have a power liftgate which can be conveniently accessed from the instrument panel, key fob, or beneath the badge at the back.
If you aren’t impressed yet, wait until you see some of the technology: for instance, this beauty has automatic headlights which are great because everyone can be a little forgetful sometimes (Monday mornings, anyone?) If you don’t remember to switch on the lamps they activate autonomously, so you remain extra safe.
Give us a shout at INFINITI of Tacoma in Fife, Washington today, and we’ll schedule you an appointment for a test spin in the QX80.
INFINITI USA raised the bar once again with its 2013 release of the M Hybrid. This magnificent machine is a heck of a performance wonder, tapping into the latest 21st-century technologies to deliver a wholly inspired powertrain that makes for some of the finest driving experiences currently available on the market.
Check out what you’ve got to work with here—this car comes with an amazing powertrain under its hood. It begins with a conventional, gasoline-based 3.5L V6 motor that is mated to a 376-volt lithium-ion battery. This results in a combined total output of 360 horses. And the fuel efficiency? It’s just as fantastic as you’d expect at an EPA-estimated 27 city / 32 highway average MPG.
The 2013 INFINITI M also comes with multiple driving modes that will enhance your experience even further. There’s an automatic mode that is employed as the standard option, allowing you to drive this machine with little effort and in maximum comfort. However, if you want to go hands-on and engage in a little extra fun, there’s a sport mode that mimics a manual transmission that can be controlled with the wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
We love covering crossovers but sometimes our customers don’t need tons of practicality; sometimes, they want to place a premium on fun and style. The 2014 INFINITI Q60 coupe provides exactly that but, notably, it doesn’t do so at the expense of luxury conveniences. It’s quite simply sensational!
Let’s tackle the conveniences of this coupe first. Dual-zone climate control enables the passenger on either side of the car to set their temperature preferences separately. Satellite radio gifts a wide range of entertainment that outstrips what can be found on units that purely support terrestrial stations. Also, there’s no denying that the leather of the seats is immensely supple and soft.
The 2014 INFINITI Q60 is fast as heck, too. Allow us to the specific: It features a 3.7L V6 engine that easily manages to produce 330 horses at 7,000 revolutions per minute (RPM) and 270-lb.-ft. of torque at 5,200 RPM. And the automatic transmission supports DriverSport, meaning you can move into a manual-like operation mode with a flick of the shifter.
Crossover excellence is within reach, Tacoma. INFINITI’s spectacular QX60 is here to change the way you drive for the better. It is surprisingly nimble, perfectly speedy, and wonderfully spacious and accommodating for whenever you need to pack up for a big trip or special outing. This 2015 model may be the perfect match for anyone looking for a premium pre-owned machine!
This crossover is a dream if you’re in need of great utility. It has an extremely roomy trunk area that gets even better when you take advantage of the easily foldable back row. When you flip those seats down, you’ll be dealing with a grand total of 76.5 cubic feet of storage area. That’s plenty of space for airport runs, grocery market stops, hardware store visits, and more.
The 2015 INFINITI QX60 may be a crossover but that doesn’t mean it isn’t also a performance vehicle that can move with extreme purpose. Its 3.5L V6 engine pushes out 265 horses at 6,400 revolutions per minute (RPM) and 248-lb.-ft. at 4,400 RPM. Impressive!
Forget about your past experiences with four-door sedans. The 2016 INFINITI Q50 3.0t Sport is going to defy expectations owing to the fact it’s a true performance vehicle. It combines high-speed thrills and hyper-safe passenger security features, delivering a superlative machine that’s difficult to resist.
At the heart of this auto lies a 3.0L six-cylinder engine. It cranks out an amazing 300 horses and 295-lb.-ft. of torque and it does so efficiently (that’s the key here). In fact, the EPA estimates you’ll benefit from an average MPG of 19 city / 28 highway. Excellent!
The 2016 INFINITI Q50 3.0t Sport doesn’t stop there, though. Speed has not been embraced at the detriment of safety. Instead, you’re getting wonderful features that include Backup Collision Intervention (BCI), which leverages the onboard computer and radar sensors to detect if cars are creeping up behind you or to either side. If necessary, it can autonomously stop your sedan on your behalf! Also, it should be noted that a plethora of other features are included, ranging from front fog lights to side-curtain airbags.
The 2015 INFINITI Q70L is the ultimate four-door, full-size sedan, Tacoma! The extended wheelbase model ensures that all passengers are pampered and comfy; moreover, it’s supremely fun to drive thanks to its next-level powertrain. No matter where you’re seated, you’re going to be pleased!
This car is ready to accommodate! Its extended wheelbase design makes it so that even those seated in the rear will have ample room to stretch out and enjoy themselves. Those in the back now receive 32.4 inches of legroom—that’s an increase of over six inches as compared to the standard wheelbase version. One additional note on this topic: This sedan sports enlarged doors that come with an auto-closing feature, making it even easier to get in and out.
This 2015 Q70L also comes with a 3.7L V6 motor that makes every outing an adventure. It produces a sterling 330 horses and 270-lb.-ft. of torque. The car also comes with a Drive Mode Selector that changes its tendencies and “personality” to match the situation; “Eco” puts an emphasis on efficient results, “Snow” increases traction, and “Sport” boosts raw performance.

The citizens of Seattle desired a sensible vehicle that still knows how to party, INFINITI heard the cry of the people and delivered them the 2015 QX60. The luxury crossover is the perfect automobile for a family with parents who want to have fun while the kids are at school.
This beauty provides you with total protection using state-of-the-art technology. It comes equipped with Around View Monitor and Moving Object Detection. The upper-tier systems work together to identify potential threats in motion near the car and will give you audible and visual warnings. The cabin’s display screen shows you a 360-degree birds-eye sight of your surroundings so you can safely park and maneuver. Additionally, you get Back-up Collision and Blind Spot Intervention which aids you when you're reversing or changing lanes, and will even gently apply the brakes if necessary.
You don’t have to sacrifice power for common sense because nestled under the hood is a 3.5L V6 motor that cranks out 265 HP at 6,400 revolutions per minute and 248-lb.-ft. of torque at 4,400 RPM.
Does the QX60 sound like the right fit for you? Give us a call at our location of Tacoma in Fife, Washington to schedule an appointment.

We’re envious of folks in the market for a new vehicle right now because there are a lot of great pre-owned INFINITI models up for grabs; one of which is the 2017 QX70. Whoever buys this crossover is a lucky individual because it’s ferociously strong and comes equipped with the Limited Package.
Let’s talk about the latter first: this bundle offers a ton of perks! The wheels are increased from 18-inch to 21-inch premium tires, and you get a special bumper with LED fog lights and dark finish rear combination lamps. On the other hand, the interior is upgraded with many aesthetic improvements such as aluminum pedals and a striking headliner that accentuates the open-pore wood trim on the console. You also get extra comforts like climate-controlled front seats with soft deep pillow quilting.
Now, if this beauty were a person, they’d have to spend a lot of time at the gym to maintain this kind of muscle: the engine is a 3.7 liter V6 that generates 325 HP at 7,000 revolutions per minute and 267 lb-ft of torque. Its suspension is well-tuned and the steering is immediately responsive. Additionally, the EPA has estimated its fuel economy at 17/24 mpg city/highway.

Whether it’s a beautiful, clear-sky summer day or a stormy afternoon, this 2016 Q50 leaves nothing to fate with its advanced technology. The sedan may be a few years old, but like every INFINITI vehicle, it was made with innovation that drives it into the future as a main competitor for the most contemporary cars.
It has an adaptive front lighting system which provides you with a bunch of useful features. The daytime 7.5W LEDs project sufficient illumination for the Q50 to be seen even on the brightest of sunny mornings. In auto mode, the low and high beams come on when the ambient device detects that it’s necessary (this can be set and managed through the InTouch menu) and can work in conjunction with the fog lamps when there's a thick and obscuring mist for ultimate visibility.
Next, we have the rain sensing wipers: this simple but nifty gadget makes it so you have one less thing to worry about in all weather conditions. It functions using infrared radar angled at 45-degrees towards the windshield that knows when drops of water begin to hit the glass by the shadows they cause.

Automakers often adjust the exterior of their cars to give them a ‘ready for action’ look. But disappointment sets in when buyers realize these alterations are, essentially, just for show. The 2017 INFINITI QX70 goes against this trend, however, with each of its beautifully sculpted lines adding to its real-world performance.
Air vents located on each side of this model don’t just look sporty, they are. This feature assists with the cooling of the engine while simultaneously reducing front-end lift.
For 2017, this model received a facelift in the form of a new front grille and fascia. All of this is framed by the vehicle’s signature High-Intensity Discharge (HID) bi-functional xenon headlights. This more aggressive silhouette is kept all the way to the rear of the car with a kicked-back roofline and integrated spoiler.
From the side, you’ll notice the QX70’s LED tail lights which extend beyond the body. Not only does this feature make the model look like a performance machine, but it actually creates aerodynamic downforce which improves handling.
